Questions parents ask
Who creates the account? A parent or guardian (18+) creates the family account and adds child logins. Children do not need an email address.
Do my children share what I buy? Yes. Courses, bundles and Family Pro you purchase are available to every child on your family account.
What do we need for the activities? Everyday household items such as cups, paper, string, a ruler, baking soda and vinegar. Every activity lists safety notes for the adult helper, and nothing requires special lab chemicals.
What happens if I cancel Family Pro? Access continues until the end of your billing period. Courses and bundles you bought individually stay yours.
